Hi All,
I have recently joined a Multinational company as part of the HR team.
Though its a huge organization, its new to the region and so everyone is new in the organization including me.
I am trying to design an induction program which will help all the employees in different ways.
I was thinking to interview each employee(20) to understand their requirements when they join the organization.
Instead of just pushing some information which I think is necessary for them, I want to make a sensible induction process which will help any new joiner to contribute to the team.
I require your suggestions on the same and also if anyone has done some thing similar in the past, and if can share your feedback and experience.
Thanks

Dear Aparajitha, U want to frame only HR induction or u want to frame beyond HR induction.

I would like to start with the HR induction... Facilitate the employees with all the required information and then probably use the same feedback from them to create or improve some other processes.
I want to make a questionnaire which can capture different areas of induction process.
Our Organization is scattered across the world, we have sales and marketing staff only in this region, they seem to be lost most of the times regarding the product production processes, contact persons, categories etc.
So my efforts are to collate all the info required and make the induction material and process. If anyone has attempted this kind of pre-induction feedback from employees.
Thanks

Dear Aparajitha,

It is HR that gives shape to the company's culture. Therefore, you can create videos of your own employees wherein they have shown how they created:

- culture of competitiveness

- culture of performance

- culture of ownership

- culture of innovation

- culture of values

- culture of change

- culture of welfare

- culture of celebration

- culture of teamwork

- (above all) culture of discipline

Videos of the case studies of your own employees are important. If at the time of induction itself employees are charged up, they start giving best right from day one and it is quite important.
