Implement Training In Automobile Company

I Just Joined a company, and i need to some training related formats and sample (PPT).
please give guidance to me, how to implement training.

Training is not just acquirement PPTs from the public forum. Employee training is studying the needs of the organisation and designing the programme that fulfils the needs. Have you done proper Training Needs Analysis (TNA)?
