On-boarding Training

Dear Members,
I am going to start a new project on On-boarding training & my objective to maximise the sucess n to increase the retention ratio..
Pls suggest me how can i proceed further & give me some insights.
This is my internship project.

While asking for suggestions, you could have given information on what you do as a part of "on-boarding" process. Assuming that "on-boarding" is same as "induction training", I recommend you to refer my following reply to the previous post:
