Anti Sexual Harassment Policy - Report Submitted To District Officer?

Can u please kindly let me know that whether as of 15 August 2015, any notification appointing "District Officer" has been published or not in furtherance to Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (PP&R) Act, 2013.

You need to check with the relevant State Government as the "District Officer" is to be appointed by them.

Dear Team,
Please advise we have already founded a Sexual Harassment Policy since 2014 as well as we have our Committee in place for our organisation located in Mumbai. We do file our Audit Report yearly in which we mention about the enforcement of Sexual Harassment Policy. Please advise Is there any kind of Yearly report that needs to be submitted for Sexual Harassment to any District Officer even though we do not have any complaints regarding the same.

Dear Yashoda,
In accordance with section 21 of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace ( PP&R) Act, 2013, the Internal Committee is required to submit annual report to the Employer & the District Officer even if there is no complaint of sexual harassment received during the year.
