Pls do not overload the program with routine / mundane info on the company. Keep these to the minimal and provide pointers to where the employees can find them later - websites, manuals, etc.
Ensure that there are enough fun / feel good activities too. Pack these activities with messages that make people feel proud of having joined your company.
The bonding that can be created during the induction - with the company and the other colleagues - will definitely last longer.
