Please help me. I'm in dire need of assistance, and it is crucial that I receive it by tonight before 10:00. I am currently pursuing my summer internship in my hometown at a large organization. I have a project in Training and Development (T&D) but am also exploring a new project related to onboarding formalities for new employees. I urgently require your guidance on the various onboarding formalities required for a new hire. Your assistance is greatly appreciated as this project focuses on comparing the company's scheduled time for completing formalities with the actual time taken. Any discrepancies need to be identified, analyzed, and resolved.

Seniors, I need to present the introduction of this topic to my boss's boss, and I seek your help before tonight. Tomorrow's response wouldn't be as beneficial, as I need to ensure maximum progress by then to present to my boss's boss confidently. I eagerly await your replies by tonight.

Hi Dish,

Following are the joining formalities:

New joinees are asked to submit the following:

1) Collecting all important documents like certificates of 10th, 12th, Graduation, Professional degree, etc.
2) ID proof & Address Proof
3) Four passport size photographs
4) Photocopy of acceptance

Employees are provided with an appointment letter and a joining kit that includes a company diary, pen, notepad, and an employee handbook.

Employees are introduced to their line manager, team, and other employees if the organization is small.

Bank forms for the salary account are given to joinees so that they can fill them up and further process them.
