Dear Selvan,

Great effort to put all these things in place!!. My kindly note the following also.

a) Many european buyers also insist displaying their trade codes in the garments factories as per their compliance standards.

b) A small correction: it is not Sexual harassment policy - But policy on prevention of sexual harassment

c) Specific american buyers also insit on records to be maintained about the training on HIV / Reproductive health and CT PAT.

d) About MSDS - It is required to be displayed in local language and english.

( Especially for thinners and colouring agents)

e) ON the emergency exits the signange to be with HIGH BEAM Lights.

f) Clutter free acess to fire extinguishers and ailes.

g) Also specific requirements to measure the light on sewing machines / floor in number of luxes.

h) Written security operating procedures for transport of lady employees in the night shift.

i) Issue of heat guards/ heat gloves for employees working on fusing machines.

j) And maintaining of registers AB and C under bonus act.
