Hi,
I am putting one another question.
Is there any Act/ Rule:
If a worker is absent on Preceding and Succeeding day of Declared National/ Festival Holiday.
Will he be paid wages for the declared holiday? For eg. 2nd October, is declared National Holiday, and a worker remained absent on 1st and 3rd both the days.
My question is there any rules relating to it? Will the worker get wages for the decalared holiday ( for 2nd October).
Regards
