Hi, I am trying to approve the KYC of our employee in the unified portal of EPFO. I go to Member Approvals and click on the Approve button. I have the digital signature (DSC token) available and connected. I got a popup of the Digital Signature window, under which the digital signature not showing just loading but not opening digital signature (DSC token). Kindly review attached fill error.

  • if you are facing same issue then, uninstall old DSC signature and download it from EPFO site again. And then installed it.
