Hi All,
I have worked in a company and got terminated as reason 1. I have shown fake counter offer for high salary 2. After joining I have given money to person who had interviewed me. And these points are mentioned in the termination letter. After an year I have approached them for experience and reliving letter. They have given Service letter only and said we cannot give reliving letter as you have been terminated.
My question
1) Is there a way to get experience and reliving letter
2) Is service letter it self is sufficient for next company. Will the new company accept it without experience and service letter
3) In BGV will other company know whether for what reason I have been terminated. I mean will there be any black mark from the company where I have been terminated.

If you were charged with some serious misconduct, how can you ask for a service certificate? If the company had issued a service certificate to you, that itself shows the immaturity of the person heading the Personnel/ HR Department. If you were given a termination letter that would be sufficient to relieve you from service. In other words, the termination letter itself is your relieving order. In the service letter, of course, they would have written the date of joining and the designation also. But it should also contain the reason for your leaving or relieving from service, and that should nothing other than "dismissed for misconduct". What is the use of that certificate? Just a paper. It will not make your career, but only spoil it.
the Service letter and Experience letter are one and the same. If the company has given you service letter, then what is the issue. if you want relieving letter, you just produce the termination order which itself is the order relieving you from your service.
If a prospect employer offers to an employment, and he prefers a background verification, then naturally, the employer who dismissed you from service will disclose the reason for termination in detail. Even if your service certificate does not speak about the reason for termination, the past employer can give the real reason when a verification comes.
You should have thought all these things before you committed the crime. Yes, for me it is a crime.

Whatever happened has happened, you can't go back and correct them. Think of the future. If you prefer to show this service for your future prospect, no doubt, they'll ask you to explain the past and you can't lie during the interview. Need not go to the extent of BGV. Your destiny will be over even at the screening level itself looking at your CV. The indication 'termination' itself is sufficient to come to a conclusion. Therefore keep aside this episode, put it behind and forget this part of your journey/career. It's better to find some other idea to paint a suitable picture as to how you spent this period convincingly though it may be unethical. By the time you make yourself competent to bag the offers by improving your skills, possibly qualifications as well so that you'll be able to brighten your chances in the job market.
