I am Rahul; I am working as a Sr. HR Executive. The company wants to resign me forcefully, and I am on probation Period, and my notice period of 3 Months; what should I do? Pls help me.

Hi, When the employer is not willing to accommodate you there is no point continuing with them.

Check your Appointment letter for separation clause. Ensure you that you were given some breathing time ( notice period). Collect proper relieving letter.

Better look for other offers.

Hi, Your Employer either should pay you the notice period salary or allow you to serve proper notice period.
