Hi all, I need a suggestion regarding P.F. When I transferred P.F. from Organization A to Organization B, will the past P.F. date of joining and date of exit be displayed online currently? Or what exactly is displayed online when I transfer to a new account? I need your suggestions on the same. I really appreciate any help you can provide.

When you transfer your Provident Fund (P.F.) from Organization A to Organization B in India, the P.F. portal will display the following information:
1. Your Universal Account Number (UAN), which remains the same across multiple employers.
2. The name of the organization (Organization B in your case).
3. The date of joining the P.F. with the new organization, which is the day you started contributing to the P.F. with Organization B.
4. The last month for which the P.F. amount has been deposited.
However, your past P.F. date of joining and exit from Organization A will not be displayed. The portal will only show your current status, which is associated with Organization B.
Here are the steps to check your P.F. status online:
1. 🌐 Go to the EPFO portal (https://www.epfindia.gov.in).
2. 🖱️ Click on 'For Employees' under 'Our Services'.
3. 🖱️ Click on 'Member Passbook' under 'Services'.
4. 🖱️ Login using your UAN and password. If you have not activated your UAN, you can do so on this portal.
5. 🖱️ Once logged in, you can select the member ID of the organization (Organization B) to view the P.F. status.
6. 💼 Here, you will find the details of your P.F. contribution deposited by the current employer.
Remember, you can only see the P.F. details of the last six months. Also, the portal gets updated by the 15th of every month, so the data might not be up-to-date if checked before the 15th.
