Hi Vaibhav,
The employee has to fill out Form 13 and send it to the PF Commissioner to transfer the PF amount from the current account to the account valid after the transfer to the Madhya Pradesh branch. Additionally, PF contributions should only be made by the branch where the employee has been transferred.

Hi Prathima,
Thank you for your reply.
Form No. 13 is used to file by the present employer for the transfer of P.F. from one company to another company within the state of Maharashtra. However, in the Coal Mines Provident Fund Act, there are different forms for the transfer of P.F. such as Form Trans 4 & 21.
In this case, the present employer is Madhya Pradesh Br. where the CMPF is applicable. Which form should I use to file with the CMPF Commissioner, Form No. 13 or Form Trans 4?
Best regards,
Vaibhav
