Real timing in construction industry

Hi ,
I am working in a construction company. Previously our timing starts from 8.30-9.00 am to 6.00pm , now site incharge forced for 7.30pm mandetory. Would anyone clear me the timing in construction industry as per low!!

As per law, you can not ask an employee to work for more than 8 hours in a day. At the same time, if the break in between is more considering the scorching sun/ weather conditions, you can extend it so that the spread over including the intervals is not more than 10 hours and 30 minutes.

As per the Act actual working timing is 8 hours which is excluding the rest hours & lunch. Also they shall be provided weekly holidays. Anything exceeding 8 hours per day or 48 hours a week will attract OT
