Respected Seniors, Hope you are well!!! Just writing this email to know about candidates internship in our company. Randomly I got three resumes of interns from my company. They want to to do internship in some HR topics. This is my first time for interns. Kindly let me know the list of things, i can do from starting to end. What I can ask and what I can give?

College Final Year students as part of their curriculum need to undergo practical training with companies in their field of study or career interest which is called internship.

If you are planning to hire Interns please ensure that you hire them through Colleges with proper certify letter issued by the colleges. Stipend for interns will vary from Organization to Organization. Normally period of internship will be for a short period ranging from 1 to 3 or 4 months range. Interns are not eligible for any statutory deductions like PF/ESI.

You need to issue Internship letter to Interns mentioning the start date,end date, stipend and other details. After successful completion of Internship issue them the completion letter as well.
