Dear Sir, I joined TCS 3 weeks ago. Before joining TCS, I worked with 3 companies. I did not mention the second one on my TCS application because I left the job after only 7 days due to a relocation issue caused by Covid. I had requested the company to allow me to work from home for at least 3 months, but they denied my request. According to government guidelines, I could not relocate myself, so I had to resign from the job. As I had not mentioned this employment, my background check (BGC) was negative in TCS. After they asked, I submitted a bank statement, Full and Final settlement (FNF), and resignation acceptance. Will the BGC team consider this explanation?
