Can anyone help with the shift schedule for 8 hours of duty with the below situation?
1. Total 30 employees
2. Three shifts (8 hours shift per day)
3. 48hrs working in a week per employee
The weekly shift should be 48hrs..
After 2 continuous Night shift - 1 night off and week off in a week is mandatory.

It may be possible by different permutation and combination. Some options are below:-
1. In a week it may be 2 days A shift, 2 days B shift and 2 days C shift and one day - day off.
2. Based on number of employees per shift make the rotation in such a fashion that most of the cases day off will fall after night shift.
3. There may be rotational day off.
4. In case of absent, the situation will be bit complicated. May be managed by 4 hrs OT from succeeding and preceding shifts.
Study the entire shift distribution with number of employees and if necessary rotational day off - it will be possible to solve.
