The electronic industry is not one that requires female employees to work at night. It can manage with male workers during nighttime. Therefore, you need to obtain permission from the Inspector of Factories and Boilers to engage women during the night. Some industries, like hospitals, require the engagement of female staff to take care of women patients. Similarly, IT companies that work for other countries may need to follow their work schedule. These are exceptions.

Dear Smadan, Why do you want to engage female employees in the night shift? There are lots of liabilities that you have to fulfill. So, I would suggest you not change the shift of female employees. You can discuss this with top management, and there's no problem; you can easily manage with male workers. If you change their shift (General to Night), you have to seek prior approval from the nearest labor department (DDF).
