Hi,

I placed a request to transfer from my old PF account to the new PF account. However, the transfer request got rejected for the following reasons. Please help me with resolving the issue.

Your Claim [Claim ID - xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] has been rejected due to:
1) MEMBER IS NON-EPS MEMBER, CONTRIBUTED PENSION, PLEASE SUBMIT REVISED FORM 3A BY THE EMPLOYER

When I checked with my new employer and old employer, they confirmed that the EPS is active. I can see pension contributions reflecting in the passbooks of my old and new PF accounts.

2) FATHER'S NAME DIFFERS

Please assist me in resolving these issues.

take clarification/undertaking letter of present employer and submit related pf office. Also check with concern pf department for fast relief.
