I am dines done my MBA and having 5years of manufacturing experience and also having 2 years of experience in training. Recently applied for HR Officer post in an leading manufacturing Company. I have cleared first round of telephonic interview with Sr HR Officer, Then i have cleared my Interview with Asst General manager, Now i have an final interview with General manager and Vice president HR.
In the final round of interview what preparations should i do to clear my interview. Please suggest me asap as i need to face it by day after tomorrow.

Though you have written about the length of your experience as well as your qualification, you have not mentioned what is the Job Description (JD) of the position of HR Officer. Without this information, it will be difficult for the members of this forum to suggest anything.
In most manufacturing companies, HR professionals handle service functions that are nothing but functions of a Personnel Manager of the erstwhile era. Therefore, be clear about it.
Nevertheless, the quality of your post could have been better. Those who are from Bangalore, are expected to have a better command of English. While in all the practical aspects, the local language, i.e., Kannada is important, the importance of English cannot be diluted as such.

And also having 2 years of experience in training of Certification courses on Computers. Recently applied for HR Officer in the role of Training and development and also Employee engagement in an leading manufacturing Company.
1) I have cleared first round of telephonic interview with Sr HR Officer, i was asked interview on my complete 5 yrs of employment, roles and achievements.
2) Then i have cleared my Interview with Asst General manager-HR. asking me about my Previous experiences and my strengths, commitments, etc.,
Now i have an final interview with General manager and Vice president HR.
In the final round of interview what might be the interview topics and what preparations do i consider to clear my interview. Please suggest me asap as i need to face it by day after tomorrow.
