I worked in one of the travel agency from March 2016... but from May 2020 because of COVID 19 our company not paying their employees. So I resigned from the company on 25 February 2021 but till now I didn’t receive any documents...i call the hod of the company but no one is replying on that... When will they arrange my documents and how can I collect them? Please suggest what can I do now?

Dear, Kindly ask your HR regarding this , may be you need to serve your notice period. You can take suggestions from the seniors available here.

You may send official letter to HR referring your resignation If you still don’t get reply send lawyer notice
