Hello, I had joined the company in Gurgaon in Sep 2020 after lockdown. This company is approx 2 yrs old with less than 20 employees.
In Jan 2021 the company management went underground due to corruption charges with the MD arrested for fraud.
The company also stopped all its operations in Mid Jan 2021. Now it has been 3 months to this. What options do I have?
