Hi Everyone, How to write a Letter of Notice to the employee to leave the company within 15 days due to his continuous absenteeism many times written warning but no improvement in his behavior. Now management has decided to replace him. Please Guide.

Dear Rohini,
This not the proper or legal way of discharging an employee for his habitual absenteeism. You should frame specific charge of the misconduct of unauthorized absence, obtain his reply, conduct a domestic enquiry, analyze the enquiry officers report, issue a second show cause notice about the proposed punishment of dismissal on the proven charge of unauthorized absence along with the E.O's report and then only issue an order of dismissal.
