Dear all seniors,
In our office, one of my employees, XYZ, joined our company on 23.04.07. After six months, he was eligible for a confirmation letter on 23.10.07. However, every month, he has been taking 3 or 4 leaves. Due to this reason, management has decided to extend his confirmation until January 2008.
Now, my question is, can anybody help me to draft a letter to extend his confirmation with the above reason?
