OFFER OF EMPLOYMENT

Offer of employment: The offer of employment from the employer and a note of acceptance by the employee will usually indicate the commencement of the contract of employment. For this reason, it is essential to set out clearly and accurately the terms and conditions of employment in the letter offering employment. This should include the commencement date, reporting manager or supervisor, salary, sick leave, superannuation, other benefits such as a car, leave entitlements, notice requirements, etc. Many of these terms and conditions will be specific to the individual job.

A confidentiality agreement is also a good idea in jobs that involve the acquisition of confidential information.

Hi all,

It's nice to see all the relevant formats. However, for many days now, I have been trying to find the format for a salary review letter, but I have failed to locate it on Google, etc.

If anybody can provide me with a salary review format, it would be really appreciable and helpful.

Hi everyone,

I would like to know the letter formats for Appointment, Relieving, Confirmation, Promotion, and all other areas of HR.

May I also request experienced persons in HR to provide their guidelines on how to behave with superiors and peers. It would be of great help if some of you could guide me on handling situations when there are two superiors to report to.
