Dear Sir,
Employer 12% PF contribution is deposited in EPF (A/C 1) without splitting 8.33% in pension (A/C 10) and 3.67% in EPF (A/C 1) of 85 employee for the period of April 17 to Oct 19 (31 Months).
How to correct this issue.
What is the solution to solve this issue.

How this can can happen. AS there is fixed format for contribution. Pls share your ecr.

for employees above 58 age, the procedure is correct, but if the employees are below 58,
contact with dealing clerk of your establishment group, if he can help you than he will ask to submit form 3A and 6A hard copy for two years and he will reconcile the same and will send the same to EDP section for update.
Time consuming subject and regular follow ups required to do this,
alternate, you can request the department to cancel the respective ECRs and resubmit the same with correct calculation , department will cancel the challan/ ecr and send the money back to your bank, but this process will invite interest and damage as delayed payment.

details can be obtained by EPF login passbook, study that portion then rephrase the query

if there is any irregularity, then form 3a may be asked by department to reconcile the contributions
form 3A prior to 2017 oct may be provided by the establishment HR department to the EPFO directly, in response to the query raised by EPFO
