Can company terminate without full & final... and circulate the mail in Market without his knwoleedge.

Even if the delinquent executive is involved in any indiscipline or misconduct or for
not meeting the target due to very poor job performance, you can not terminate him just like that. You need to adhere and follow the principle of natural justice and hold a domestic enquiry and based on the findings of EO (Enquiry officer) and his report, management can take a decision either to terminate or retain his services.
You need to communicate to all your major customers, that the concerned executive is no more with the services in the company, etc. etc. only after terminating his services.
