Hi everybody in my organisation 1 member have not a cheque book and want to withdraw pf. Than any other optional bank document to upload with pf withdrawal form online. Pls. Suggest me asap. Thanks

You can upload a copy of passbook. But need to ensure that his SB A/c no. with IFSC code, Bank s name branch address should be clearly visible to the PF authorities.

Approach your bank manager and obtain a printed bank statement if you don't have a cheque leaf. Why don't you apply & obtain a cheque book? they may ask you to maintain a minimum balance, if so, they may charge you to, 100 or some amount when your cl.balance goes < the minimum balance (every time when happens thus). Some banks insist for even upto 25,000 Rs.
