HR verbally communicated not to come office from tomorrow onwards, since we are facing so many issue still we joined the company so one of my friend recorded his conversation, but when i wrote a mail and ask them to give 2 months notice pay as you are terminating me without any reason,
So company director denied and said we haven't terminated you you are doing this to take 2 months salary without working and he said if you will not continue to office and write apology or prove that the allegations your are putting on company, i was completely shocked because of my pregnency he harrase me all levels, now he is saying to take a legal action , firstly they are so unproffesionals below is the issue i faced:-
We got our appointment letter at least 1month 15 days later.
That too not of the same company for which we were interviewed.
We are asked to take the appointment date of one and half month later from actual joining.
2) we were informed that company's vehicle would be provided for wherever we travel for company, that also turned out as fake promise.
3) my personal record as soon as doctor confirmed my pregnancy you said that we will continue you only for two months and also forced me to work on half salary.
As I never said that I won't do the job because of my pregnancy but you made my pregnancy an issue for not continuing me.
In the present scenario it's not possible to find a new Job with my current medical condition.
As they want to avoid the maternity leave, they suddenly terminated me.
I shifted to current location and I have spend my savings on this shifting process trusting on the Company .
Now suddenly getting terminated without any notice to find some solution is really depressing.
With the current medical situation it's tough for me to survive without a regular income.
I didn't demanded for any maternity benefits from company, but company harassed me on all grounds for being pregnant & extreme was to take away the Job my regular income suddenly when I needed it most.
Without any income for coming months until I find another Job which is very difficult it would be impossible to survive with my present medical condition.
Therefore i requested to provide me at least two month's salary and feb month salary at least I can shift back to my city and bear the minimum expenses till I find a way to the problem in which I am.
I also raised a complaint at labour office but i am so afraid that what will happen if he takes legal action as he saying that we haven't terminated you,
Continuing work with them is also a challenge for me , because of the circumstances they made for me and what they did in past. due to my present condition i will not able to take any mental stress because this will affect my baby also.
Please help me how can i get out from all this , because now he will say that we told you to report office,
I also reported to the office , revert on a mail and also told them i will submit my proofs to the legal authorised person,
I am really afraid and mentally harassed by them.

Dear member,
I recommend you approaching the Labour Officer under whose jurisdiction your company falls in. Please explain him/her about the termination. You may not explain the entire story from your appointment. Tell them only if they are interested.
