Dear HR Expert, Currently I'm working as Training & Development Executive in Education industry.
Mainly the training will involve 350 teachers and 60 HQ staff (total 410 staff)
My worry now is, how to monitor the effectiveness of the training for all teachers?
Currently i'm planning to follow Kirkpatrick Analytics process to evaluate the effectiveness, but i'm worried it will take a long time to compile and analyse the data.
Is it suitable for me to use Google Drive to collect the evaluation form, or maybe HR expert have idea how to monitor the effectiveness efficiently?

As an ex teacher, I wonder how you will measure level 3 and 4 of the Kirkpatrick Model. Have you any measure of the teachers behaviour and effectiveness prior to the training sessions?
It will be useful if you give more information about the education industry that you work for.
