I have recently started working for Telecommunication company in Mumbai with registry under Shops and Est. Here, the company wants me introduce the leave policy. As of now what i see is list of Holidays is 15 for the year ( Diwali, Xmas including Republic Day, Independence and Gandhi Jayanti). The number of CL and PL provided are CL/10 and PL/05 , of which PL is only carried forward to next year.
Please let me know how many leaves are allowed ( Under List of Holidays and CL and PL) and what ways i can improve the leave policy.
