Hello, I have applied online for transferring of my old PF pass book from previous company to the current company. But my application got rejected and the reason was " Your Claim has been rejected due to : 1) MEMBER NAME DIFFER 2) MEMBER NAMEs DIFFER"
I dont know why after validating my Aadhar card details and even having the same UAN number why they are rejecting.
Then whats the purpose of digital validation. The company HR should understand and validate.
Kindly advise what shiuld i do now.
