An employee has been issued with termination orders after following due process - oral and written warnings with documented evidence.
However, can pressure from any member of the management sufficient cause for revoking the decision

From India, Vijayawada
Management can revoke decision to punish an employee. However they will always consider the precedence impact of such moves.

Dear colleague,
To revisit the decision of the termination is left to the discretion of the management provided there exist valid grounds or there is gross error apparent on the face of the records.
The pressure from some senior management person does not appear to form valid ground for the review.

I do agree with the view of Mr. Nagarkar, that pressure from senior management person does not appear to be valid ground. You bother least, the management shall remain responsible for future happenings.
