Our Organization (an Infra & Construction Company) has adapted ISO 9001:2015 of a late.
But, we are not in possession of any formats/ templates for Skill Matrix (for workers) as well as Re-Training of both Technical & Non-Technical Employees (for those who have not achieved the desired result in their performance after training/ enhancement in their competence level).
Hence, we do need Templates/ Formats (relevant to ISO 9001:2015) for Re-Training and Skill Matrix of Employees.
