Our establishment are dealing in Online Marketing, Credit Cards, Loans etc. We have hired some contractual staff (More then 50) in our premises for calling from Aasaan job.com.
Are we eligible under Contract Labour Act ?? Can we have to covered under Contract labour Act as a principal employer ? or we have to require a same license from Aasaanjob.com ?
If the act are applicable in our industry, so please suggest with suppporting document.

Dear Member,
If your outsource agency is employing fifty or more contract workers for doing your business/work then you are to have RC under Contract Labour ( R&A) Act, 1970 & the Rules made thereunder while your contractor is to have licence under this Act.
