Hello ,
I need a help for your your suggestion or comments for the following grievance:
I had worked in a PSU at a permanent roll of the company, but the company (PSU) is closed by the government and all the employees are given VRS and separated from the company , Now its being completing a year and i cleared a interview in another PSU on Fixed Tenure Period (2 Years ) at regular pay scale.
Now the PSU where i am selected , demand to surrender the VRS amount due to guidelines issue that states " Once an employye opt VRS and again he gets employement in another PSU , he has to surrender the VRS amount before joining "
But the Question is that my employment is under Fixed Tenure Basis to another PSU, so refund of VRS Compensation is applicable?

Better upload the particular clause in the VR Scheme of the closed P.S.U for our perusal.

The condition of refund after VRS is completely illegal and violation of fundamental rights. There are a number of judgments to support this view. Please see the attachments.
