Hello,
Please can you give me the root cause of this issue.
First time when I login to member [portal and approve KYC through DSC it is working fine. But when I try to approve one more record it is not at all showing Digital signature window.
When I restart the system I am able to approve the record. For every record I need to restart the system for KYC approval through DSC.
All DSC related settings set to EPFO SITE.
Please check the attached image for reference.

Dear Sir,Please help me out by giving suggestion regarding KYC approval in EPFO such as Type of window, Security adjustment in Java and internet Explorer, Search engine etc.

this error is persisting for more than a month. On inquiry I was told by EPF field office that the technical error will be set right. Earlier DSC would be displayed & when I clicked SIGN there was error message UNEXPECTED ERROR EXCEPTION=NULL. Now in the first instance itself it is showing error & logging me out. Bank account updation is necessary for getting reimbursement under PMGKY & it looks like they have intentionally blocked it

At last the "technical error" has been set right by EPFO and I could digitally sign Form-5A.
