Hi,
Resignation through email is not a proper practice. You need to submit resignation with your employer by person and serve proper notice period as per your employment terms.
However in case of any major illness /hospitalization wherein you are not in a position to attend office you may submit your resignation through email with proper proof attached, expressing your inability to serve proper notice period. However proper relieving or termination is at discretion of your employer.

Hi,
As per your private message to me ( "Actually I had resigned due to my personal emergency.hence can't serve 30 days notice period.and I resigned on mail and also in online portal and I'm not working on payrolls of the company.but still I didn't get any revert of my mail nor in portal."), in my opinion, if you are not getting relieved properly, your current employer may not provide you proof for employment (experience cum relieving letter).
When you apply for new job in future it will be required.
