Hi, Iím working in a corporate which is based on insurance, I have resigned my job on 21/01/2019 , my system showed my relieving day 22/03/2019 but hr not accept that, later I changed my mind and asked resignation rejection, they have neither declined nor accept.
But now my 2 months notice time over, in this period I was in mental torture with HR and other top level decision makers.
Right now my notice time also complete, still my system shows the same, What can I do for this, My hr not accept my resignation and not accept my withdrawal, Kindly give me whatís the action can we take? Iím a good performer also . I have not get my appraisal for this yr.

If Resignation so tendered by an Employed Person is NOT Accepted in wrtiting and communicated to the said Employee and the said Employee Applies for Withdrawal of his/her Resination Request, the Employer is bound to give effect ot his/her Second Request / Application and thus the Employed Person continues in Employment/ remains on the Muster Rolls. Please get hold of a Case Law on this subjectmatter as our Team remembers about such an Oreder from the Judiciary
Kritarth Team, 23.3.2019

For this , whatís the next step I should take ?is there any legal or law
Hi,
I hope by this time you might have got relieved. If not, please write a email to your HR and immediate superior about your resignation letter date and completion of notice period. Request for the status of your resignation letter as you have completed two months. Please mark copy to all higher officials of your Organization. Make the email polite but very clear. No employer can force employee to continue employment.
