Hi , under maternity benefit act 1961 , all organisations having more than 50 employees are supposed to provide crèche facility to all there women employees. Can there be an exception to this law? Does all the companies irrespective of their registration under factory act or shops and establishments act fall under this purview?what if an organisation denies this?
