I joined a MNC is 2013, and became a victim of politics in the team, they did not allowed the project change, so without any notice i left the organisation within 7 months. Don't have any documents from the company. Later i joined small scale industry in in 2014 and worked for 2 years till 2016. from 2016- 2018 i did my post graduation and got offer from TCS in college campus. I can only produce the last employment details. what clarification should i give to TCS about the period i worked in my first MNC company. will it affect on my TCS offer. Can i clearly tell them about my first company? will they believe my words ?
