I am working in an IT Startup as an Admin Executive.
I wanted your suggestion on my tasks where I am working on multiple tasks like Office admin, Accounts & HR.
My questions are -
1. Can my designation be HR admin? - Yes could be
2. I have done my Graduation In BA Industrial Psychology and did 3 months of HR course and I have experience of 5 years in Administrative job.
3. Is my Study field & Professional is more different - NO
4. Please let me know what I am actually good at work. - You are having good exposure of Accounts along with HR & Admin with this profile
