We should maintain the Statutory Records as per the Labour Law. The forms to be adhered to are as follows:

- Form P: Advances and Fines
- Form Q: Employment Register
- Form R: Register of Wages
- Form S: Rest Interval, Opening Time, Closing Time
- Form T: Wage Slip
- Form C: Unpaid Accumulation
- Form B: Labour Welfare Fund
- Form I: Workmen Register
- Form II: Suspension Register
- Form D: Equal Remuneration
- Form A: Maternity Register
- Form VI: National and Festival Holidays Register
- Form III: Display in the Notice Board
