Form R- Register of Wages
Form S- Rest interval, Opening Time , Closing time
Form T- Wage Slip
Form C- Unpaid Accumulation
Form B- Labour Welfare fund
Form I- Workmen Register
Form II- Suspension Register
Form D- Equal renumeration
Form A- Maternity Register
Form VI-National and Festival Holidays Register
Form III Display in the Notice Board
