How to withdraw pf from the exempted trust. I have left the organization nov 2015 now I need to withdraw my pf due to some medical emergency can some guide me, i will be very helpful.

Steps to Withdraw PF from an Exempted Trust
You might have left the organization in 2015, but you might still have your PF accumulation slips/statements. You need to get in touch with your organization and fill out the relevant forms. The application has to go through them to the trust. Seeing the merit of the case, you may get a loan.
