I worked at Genpact until October 2017 and later on, I started doing family business. I attempted to withdraw my PF amount online, but I am receiving an error message stating, "your establishment is exempted from PF, submit your withdrawal case to the concerned trust."
Could you please explain this error and suggest the next steps to process my withdrawal?

It means that your ex-employer's organization is an exempted establishment and manages EPF private trusts of their own. Please contact your HR who will guide you on the PF withdrawal process.
