I am working in an automobile sales and service set up where a large number of employees are working under temporary payroll without following the norms of specified rates under MW Act. Now to implement the PF deductions what are the formalities required....Please guide.

there is no difference between temporory and regular employee for labour benefit rules , of ESIC and EPF establishment has to cover them under their code and pay the contribution

Is it Mandatory employees who are not in onrolls of the company. wheter they also be covered compulsorily pf & esi. is there any act in this regard. please clarify
