Absconding from the Current Employer: A Detailed Description
I joined a company two months ago. After joining, I found that I don't like their work culture and environment. Additionally, for the past two months, I have not been assigned any work; I simply go to the office and sit there. Now, I have received an offer from another employer with a higher salary and a senior position.
Question: Leaving Without Serving the Notice Period
If I leave the company without serving the notice period, will there be any problem? I do not want any documents from this company, I have not mentioned this company in my resume, and I do not have any agreement with them; I have only received two months' salary from them.
Please provide your suggestions on the above.
