Kindly share the content of employee handbook for a law firm.

See, Employee handbook is not bible or Quran.. Nothing is standard like English dictionary. Much depends upon your organisational vision, mission, attributes, principles and philosophies which vary from company to company.
I can send you a format which may contain about dress code, various kinds of leave, working hours, absenteeism, punctuality.... Can you adopt all those when I send the book.
Therefore, you should first list out your company's holidays, working hours, what kind of staff policies you have in respecct of leave system, dress code, number of holidays, have you got a POSH policy ? all these questions need to be addressed by you and then you can download from internet and fill it up, as the way you want it.
