Dear all,
I am writing to you on an important aspect of our daily work/functioning.
Nature of job require usage of paper for documentation, communication etc.
However I would like to remind you to be very economical in use of paper..
I would suggest to always use both sides of the paper, not to take out printouts unless unavoidable use emails for internal communication etc as examples.
Less usage of stationery saves avoidable expenses and helps save greenery.
So kindly use paper/stationery with care and forethought.
