Issues After Resignation
I was working as a referral marketing executive for a small hospital (Pvt Ltd). I quit the organization due to some internal issues as I felt stagnated in that role. I was on a contract period for two years. Upon completion of one year, I resigned on my own terms, which they did not accept, and I quit.
Challenges Faced
1. How can I retrieve my certificate, which I had submitted, but the HR is saying I do not have the authority to retrieve it?
2. I want my EPFO money. I have the UAN number with me, but I do not want to go back and ask for the official signature. The EPFO office is asking for the official HR Director/HR signature and company seal for PF surrender.
